1. Acceptance

By using Work Pro Sites you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please stop using the service.

2. What we do

We build and host websites for home-service businesses. Optional extras (review generation, newsletter, integrations, etc.) are subject to the same terms.

3. Pricing & payment

All fees are non-refundable except as stated in the 30-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel Pro Site anytime; the site stays live only while paid-up.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re unhappy for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of launch and we’ll return every dollar you paid.

5. 7-day delivery promise

If we miss the 7-day launch window (after you finish onboarding) you can request a full refund.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of text, images, logos, reviews, and customer data you provide. You give us a license to host, display, and back it up while you remain a customer.

7. Our content

The designs, code, component library, and any automations that support website functionality (including but not limited to review-request sequences, email drip campaigns, SMS follow-ups, and CRM syncing) remain the sole property of Work Pro Sites. You may not copy, resell, or reuse them outside the hosted site.

8. Uptime & backups

We aim for at least 99% uptime and nightly backups, but we are not liable for outages, data loss, or third-party integrations breaking.

9. Acceptable use

No spam, unlawful services, malware, or content that violates Google, Facebook, or email-provider policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break this rule.

10. Third-party integrations

We can connect to CRMs, email tools, review platforms, etc. You are responsible for complying with their terms and any fees they charge.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for lost profits, leads, or reputation.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your content, services, or violation of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version. Major changes will be emailed or posted.
